Description

Severe limitations with stormwater connections for this lot required reducing the permeable area of this site as much as possible. ACH Consulting used Grasscrete™ for the entire common access way.

ACH Consulting needed a solution for a permeable common access way, that would be hard-wearing to support vehicle access and permeable. Grasscrete™ was chosen as it met the Auckland shared access way standard for 150mm reinforced slab, and minimised runoff from driving surfaces.

Star Homes installed the product and completed the subdivision receiving council signoff.
