The first Filterra® installation in the South Island, the 2017 Fletcher development required a biofiltration device with a small footprint to treat 1,100m², and include infiltration. This custom Filterra® was the solution.

The Filterra® is a high infiltration rate, small footprint biofiltration system. Stormwater360 worked closely with the design consultants to create a bespoke design using a swale for conveyance and distribution, and an extended storage infiltration layer.

Supplied in 2017, the unit is still performing as designed. Infiltration rate through the media has been consistent, plant growth healthy, and maintenance is economical.
