We value the opportunity to work with regulatory bodies with the view of gaining the best possible outcomes for our environment. As such, we are working through the various Regional Council forums open for feedback to provide input on the importance of Urban Stormwater management under NPS-FW 2020.  We believe urban stormwater is an important consideration within the NPS-FW under the ‘integrated approach’ requirements of Policy 3 and Clause 3.5.

We are passionate about doing the right thing for our environment and submit content that is thought-provoking in a way that will help New Zealand regulatory frameworks achieve the desired NPS-FW outcomes.
