Mariana Basilio joined the Stormwater360 team last August as a Technical Stormwater Consultant. In the past 5 years she has worked as an environmental consultant specialising in stream assessments, GIS and stormwater.

As Mariana has experience in consultancy, she sometimes gets shifted to the design team and assists in documenting product performance and implementation of new Stormwater360 products.

She has a passion for stormwater treatment, water sensitive design, stream restoration projects, and wishes to protect and restore the quality of waterways for future generations.

Her passion for the environment begun at a young age, when she was a sailor for the Brazilian Olympic Team. Now she keeps close to the water by coaching talented teenage sailors in the Waitemata Harbour. 

Mariana prides herself on delivering solutions to her clients that meet local requirements and exceeds environmental expectations.
