Stormwater360 was proud to be a Gold sponsor for the recent New Zealand visit from U.K. living roof specialist, Dusty Gedge and the associated Living Roof seminars and workshops in Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland and Whangarei.
Dusty co-founded www.livingroofs.org as an independent resource of green roof information in the UK and is currently the President of the European Federation of Green Roof Association. Dusty is an Urban Ecologist and international speaker on Living roofs and has over 10 years experience in the living roof industry.
After attending the Australian Green Roof Conference in Sydney as a key note speaker, Dusty was brought over to New Zealand by Zoë Zimmerman and Livingroofs.org.nz to head a series of informative open invite seminars about living roofs at Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland and Whangarei and full day workshops in Christchurch and Auckland. Seminars and workshops focused on relevance of living roofs in New Zealand and the practicalities of designing and implementing them around the country.
